Gas/Heating Engineer

Salary: Up to GBP34,000 DOE + Van + Tool Allowance + 25 Days Paid Holiday + Great Benefits

We currently require 3 experienced Heating Engineers to work as part of our Property Services Team in the Cheltenham & Gloucestershire, Swindon and Bristol Areas.

You'll be required to carry out Gas Servicing and Heating Breakdowns within Sovereign's homes and we are therefore looking for engineers who have similar experience of this type of work.

You will undertake works in accordance with current Gas Safety Regulations, H&S regulations and Sovereigns policies and procedures.

Liaising with both internal and external customers appropriately and promptly is key to the role to ensure those involved in your work are aware of progress. Excellent communication skills are therefore essential.

Candidates must have a relevant and up to date Gas Qualification.

You'll enjoy working alone or as part of a team and be confident in using IT technology such as iPads.

This is a full time role, working 40 Hours per week, with the opportunity to supplement your salary through call out and overtime when required. A van, tool allowance, iPad, uniform and PPE will also be provided along with great benefits including 25 days paid holiday and a GBP450 flexible benefit pot.

Due to the requirement to travel within this role, you must hold a full and current driving licence with a minimum of 2 years driving experience and have the ability to drive a company van.
