Payroll Executive

Working with a business who have seen growth and change over the last 5 years, we are seeking a Payroll Executive to support a payroll service provider. You will deliver outstanding customer service to your customer to ensure efficiency to maintain customer relationships.

Key areas of responsibility will include;

• You will take responsibility for a customer portfolio

• Maintain statutory and legislative compliance

• Complete payrolls to agreed deadlines

• Ensure all Payroll processes and procedures are documented

• Completed payroll processing cycle

• Deal with complex payroll queries

• Reconciliation of third party accounts

• Provides MI for invoicing purposes

• Escalates issues when needed

• Develops key relationships within the business and your customer

We are seeking a candidate who;

• Has worked within payroll previously is essential

• Team player

• Focuses on quality and delivery

• Strong communication skills

• Experience in an outsourcing or customer focus payroll team
