Pay: GBP28,015 per annum
We deliver a range of exciting, creative and innovative specialist and inclusive services to children and young people with disabilities including those with complex physical and learning disabilities, communication disabilities such as autism and behaviours that can challenge.

We are currently looking for a Play & Youth Managers who:
  • Holds an Early Years Qualification to NVQ Level 3 or higher
  • Have a minimum of 1 year's management experience of supporting children, young people and families with disabilities and complex needs.
  • Ideally have experience working in early years settings
  • Have excellent communication skills.
  • Have a positive non-judgmental approach.
  • Knowledge of Ofsted, SEND legislation and Children & Families Act.
You will be responsible for the operational deliver of a number of services within our Children and Youth Family Services. You will be responsible for providing specialist care and support to children and young persons with the age range of 5 to 25 years.
All applicants must have experience of providing leadership, managing teams, strong communication skills and a person centred approach. You must have significant experience working with children and young people with range of learning/physical disabilities including those with moderate and severe and complex needs. You must also have significant experience and understanding of working with families. You will also need to have the ability to work to tight deadlines, working in a busy and multi-facet department, record and monitor outcomes along with good organisational and time management skills.
