We are looking for experienced Croupiers to work in full time employment at Wales’ premier and busiest casino.

The Casino floor dealers’ pay structure is 4-tier:

• Starting - £18,720 per annum 

• 6 months - £19,200 per annum

• 12 months - £20,170 per annum

• 18 months - £20,750 per annum

including tips (average £20 per week), annual profit share and Christmas bonus.

•  Plus annual salary increase.

Wherever you have worked – come in and meet us. We are not looking for a host of GCSEs. We want people who are numerate, personable and have good people skills. You must have an ability to communicate and are good with other people – our customers.

Day and night work is involved during the 36 hour week. You will be trained to deal games including Roulette, Blackjack, 3 Card Casino Brag, Las Vegas Dice and Punto Banco.
