Working with our customers and partners you will be responsible for managing and providing operational direction to colleagues in Tenancy Services teams and managing day to day operational activity.

Recent and relevant experience of working within Housing; with a thorough understanding of Tenancy Management and associated Housing Legislation is essential.  Alongside recent experience of managing a team, with the ability to effectively manage performance and get the best out of all colleagues. You must have the ability to forge relationships with our customers and partners in order to expand our reach and our range.
