Plant Foreman / Plant Supervisor / Plant Fitter
Location: Bristol
Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP35,000
Rota: Monday - Friday - 8am - 5pm
An opening has become available with one of the countries leading heavy plant hire companies working as a Supervisor / Plant mechanic / Plant Technician in their busy workshop in the Bristol area.
The client is looking for a qualified and experienced Plant Foreman / Plant Supervisor / Plant Fitter who has supervisory experience to take a leading role in the workshop, ensuring the team of fitters are working efficiently, to the correct standard and compliant to health and safety requirements. working on plant vehicles, diesel engines, pumps and generators.
The main responsibilities of the Plant Foreman / Plant Supervisor / Plant Fitter will include;
Supervise a team of Workshop Fitters
Ensure the machinery is fit for hire
Able to turn around machines quickly and with accuracy
Promote Health & Safety through the depot
The successful Plant Foreman / Plant Supervisor / Plant Fitter will have the following skills;
A qualified diesel mechanic
NVQ Level 2/3 in Plant Maintenance
In possession of a full, valid Driving Licence
Able to demonstrate a full and varied knowledge of plant machinery
A CSCS card will be benefit but is not essential
The client is prepared to offer the Plant Foreman / Plant Supervisor / Plant Fitter;
