Project / Development Manager
Wath Upon Dearne / Nottingham
We are recruiting for a Project / Development Manager to be based in Wath Upon Dearne / Nottingham. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours a week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance and benefits package.
Main Purpose:
* To make major contribution to the conversion of new products and markets
* Management of development opportunities within the partnerships team, through the agreed DLA stage-gate approval processes, from initial identification / inception to operational delivery handover.
Key Accountabilities:
* Day to day project management of projects; against agreed actions, timescales and defined responsibilities
* Accountable for projects and delivery of agreed outcomes - providing effective project progress updates
* Ensuring a performance management approach is adopted; with clear expectations and timescales
* Production and evaluation of project viability e.g. funder out-turn requirements / revenues
* Managing the development appraisal process in conjunction with Land & Partnerships
* Ensuring compliance with agreed processes, procedures, Engie Regeneration Way and DLAs
* Providing commercial, operational and technical input into project development
* Liaison and negotiation with funders, operators, advisors and land owners
* Primary support to the Head of Partnerships and ability to deputise
* Develop a network of funders, operators and advisors
* Maintaining project risk / opportunity register
Key Skills. Knowledge & Experience:
An experienced and dedicated practitioner in the successful project management of development opportunities (ideally residentially focused).
