Graduate Internal Sales Engineer
Location: Brighouse
Salary: GBP21k

This leading designer and manufacturer of heating/cooling equipment has built a reputation on innovative products, exceptional service and a high standard of quality. With a history dating back over three decades, this business is known both nationally and internationally for their products.
They're looking to bring on board Internal Sales Engineers at their Yorkshire site, to focus on developing the customer base for their line of refrigeration condensing units, utilised in everything from packaged air conditioning units to cooling equipment used in manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with a portfolio of major clients
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their needs
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders

The ideal candidate for this role will be adept at translating often complicated technical requirements to audiences of various levels of understanding.
