Assistant Building Surveyor - Manchester
Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP27,000 Plus Benefits
Summary:
My client is looking for an Assistant Building Surveyor to be based in Manchester you will be working for a well-known multi-disciplinary property consultancy on professional based projects throughout the north his is a fantastic opportunity to gain full skill set and professional building surveying experience in a client facing role with a company who offer excellent support to candidates looking to complete their APC.
Key Duties:
* Client and contract administration duties
* Project Management
* Preparing all initial appraisal reports and budget costs
* Building defects
* Commercial and residential experience
About You:
As an Assistant Building Surveyor, you will have:
Ideally you should be RICIS approved and be able to demonstrate the desire and enthusiasm to becoming a chartered Building Surveyor which will be fully supported by the company. You will have a minimum of 18 months experience to date and be able to demonstrate a variety of experience in project work such as producing detailed drawings as well as report writing skills and contract administration. further to this my client would keen to speak with candidates who have some exposure in the commercial sector.
