Anchor is looking for great leaders to join and grow our Housing team and we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Team Manager who will be able to demonstrate their 'can do' attitude, showcase great people skills and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.
This is an exciting role, full of variety where no day is ever the same. You will manage your own location as well as lead a number of direct reports (this will vary dependant on experience and location).You'll get close to the issues which matter to our customers and you'll use your skills and experience to support your team to achieve even greater levels of performance.
Knowledge or previous experience of working with older people, managing budgets, complaint handling and safeguarding of vulnerable adults would be beneficial for this role. A level 3 certificate or diploma in housing is desirable.
