We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Invoicing, Data & Revenue Assurance team in our Head Office based in Marlow.

Working with the team team you will play a key role in completing the reliable, precise and accurate analysis of data in order contribute to the delivery of a high quality and effective Invoicing, Data and Revenue Assurance function for the business and Whistl customers.

This job will give you opportunities to work with a wide range of departments and with a variety of people at all levels of seniority. You will enjoy working closely alongside your colleagues to deliver and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.

The role requires hands-on analysis activity but will vary slightly according to which of the following teams you join:

Invoicing: Responsible for generation of all customer invoices and backing information; Custodians for all Dynamics NAV Processes and ensuring the revenue cycle is completed in an accurate and timely manner in line with business objectives; and, Provide additional services such as an e-invoicing and purchase order application to support Whistl Customer invoice reconciliation and payment.

Data: Ensure all information supplied to the team is accurate and present within the Whistl BI stack; Regularly perform system and data checks to ensure the company data is performing and there are no anomalies the could affect the Whistl revenue cycle; Review business processes and create models or reports for departments with to provide information and insight; and, Second line support where for customers who are unhappy with presented information on the invoice, using the available analytic tools to resolve any dispute.

Quality & Revenue Assurance: Provides oversight of the Whistl revenue and cost cycles; Drive internal processes within the team and act as a conduit of quality to ensure the information provided is accurate; Provide assurance to the business that all revenue has been captured accurately and in a timely manner though in-depth analysis of operational and financial data; and, Identify areas for efficiency and control through proactive problem solving to deliver positive changes that enhance revenue and reduce cost.

Essential Skills

  • Works collaboratively in a small team to deliver a high quality of service to customers and stakeholders; Able to show empathy with other departments and the challenges they face.
  • Able to analyse data, spot trends, draw conclusions, think creatively and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Self-motivated, able to turn work around quickly whilst still maintaining excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent and confident communicator both verbally and in writing.
  • Flexible and adaptable with the ability to prioritise own workload to meet conflicting, varied and demanding deadlines.
  • IT Literate - proficient in the use of MS Office including intermediate MS Excel skills with experience in pivot tables. V-look-ups and filters etc.
  • Confident and able to appropriately question and challenge the accepted norm in order to drive continuous process improvement.
  • Able to communicate complex information effectively when dealing with internal and external stakeholders at a range of levels.
  • Educated to A' level or equivalent (i.e. Level 3 qualification).

Desired Skills

  • Experienced in the use of Microsoft Navision Dynamics.
  • Experience of working in a corporate environment operating standard processes and invoicing practices whilst handling high volumes of data.
  • Experience in data analysis and processing using business intelligence tools including presenting the results in a format suitable and appropriate to the audience.
  • Able to take the lead when analysing or reviewing issues relevant to team activities.
