OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR BEING SOUGHT BY VERY SUCCESSFUL HOSPITALITY/RETAIL BUSINESS
MUST HAVE ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE AND AN INTEREST IN HR
My Client is one of the UK's leading hospitality/ leisure brands, and they are now looking for a personable and capable person to join their team in Birmingham to work within their extremely successful site.
OVERALL PURPOSE
To be responsible for defined administration activity and to provide administration support to the site Management team, ensuring that appropriate tasks are completed in line with company procedures in a timely and accurate manner.
THE PERSON
Knowledge & Experience
•Some experience in an administration role, ideally 12-24 months
•Experience of supporting a large team
•Experience of processing invoices and raising PO's
•Familiar with scanning documents and filing systems in a paperless office
. Experience of or interest in, HR admin.
Skills
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels
•Organisational skills with the ability to effectively prioritise and structure work to meet deadlines
•IT literacy
oExcel; Basic/Intermediate
oWord; Basic/Intermediate
oPowerPoint; Basic/Intermediate
oOutlook; Basic/Intermediate
KEY ACCOUNTABILTIES
Inputting payroll
Completing audit documents
Coordinating & supporting recruitment activity
Coordinating the administration relating to assessment centres and any other required testing
Supporting the HR Manager in running inductions
Completing ad hoc HR tasks
Coordinating on-site training
Completing packs
Providing general administration support
You must have strong administration skills, be very computer literate ( good excel skills are a must), and be able to form strong relationships with the rest of your team.
