Role - Construction Project Manager

Salary - GBP65,000 per annum + Car Allowance

Location-North Oxfordshire

Benefits - 25 days plus Bank Holidays (proportion to be saved for Xmas closedown), Pension Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme

Are you a proven project manager within the Construction industry?

The purpose of this role is to assist the development director with a large housing development site and other projects within Oxfordshire. This is a growing company that have built a reputation on quality. This is an excellent opportunity for an already proven project manager to use their skills in a fast expanding client.

What will I be doing as a Project Manager?

* Project managing a large housing development site

* Organisation and planning on a day to day basis

* Ability to record and report back to Directors

* Balance Quality, Cost & Deliver on projects with the company so projects are on time and to an excellent standard

* Excellent Communication with sub-contractors, Architects and Site Managers
