Our client is embarking on an exciting growth and change programme that is aimed at developing, growing and retaining top talent. To help drive this initiative, a new position has been created and we are now looking to recruit an outstanding HR Workforce Planning Specialist to reporting directly to the Operations Director.

You number #1 responsibility will be producing and implementing a workforce plan to enable a full, stable, skilled and competent workforce for all the current services. You will act as the functional lead and will take ownership of the strategy, plan and key deliverables that will ensure success.

You will oversee the recruitment activities and be responsible for managing the relationship with their recruitment partner, The Care Hub, and liaise with senior managers across the business to identify skills needed and translate this into a proactive recruitment and training plan that aligns to the business objectives.

You will work closely with all stakeholders to manage their requests and to meet business needs. Crucially you will be versed in managing all aspects of workforce development from Job creation through to and including Onboarding. You will initiate and manage projects to streamline the recruitment system processes to make them as candidate friendly as possible.

Key Responsibilities will include:

?? To take ownership and implement a workforce planning approach that is integrated with the business planning process.

?? To develop a workforce development reporting process that enables clear communication of organisational employment dynamics.

?? To identify resourcing requirements for the short term (less than 1 year), medium term (1-3 years), and long term (3 years plus) through a detailed understating of the business plan and deliverables

?? Allocate costs where appropriate for business budget planning purposes.

?? To create forecasting and capacity models to plan for future demand and growth opportunities.

We are looking for:

?? Knowledge of workforce trends planning and skills developments.

?? Understanding of resourcing, utilisation, headcount, and other key business performance indicators

?? Understanding of business planning processes

?? Strong training and workforce development skills (Mandatory, Organisational Development and Personal Development Training)

This role will operate Monday to Friday - 20 hours a week but flexible across 10-4 to fulfil the needs of the role and meet business needs.

Salary is up to GBP25-38K (pro rata depending on skills, knowledge and experience.) + Package.
