Business Manager - Senior Appointments Division

As a result of the sustained and continuous growth we are looking to appoint a Business Manager to set up a senior appointments team. We are looking for experienced Recruiters who have a desire to develop a career path in a very lucrative market that can utilise our existing client base as a starting point. This is a start-up operation that can be based in any of our existing city centre offices. For the right person there is a very clear 'dotted' line to a Senior management role with the full support and backing of the business.
We are a vibrant and forward thinking recruitment business who are passionate about people development. As a business manager at Interaction you will have full autonomy to manage your business and grow your teams and revenue streams. This specific role will allow you to grow and manage teams that look after placements worth GBP45k+ and establish this brand within Interaction Recruitment.

High-achievers already working within executive search or senior placements recruitment who wish to work in a more autonomous and rewarding environment; or
Recruiters from another specialist sector who can evidence significant over achievement and who want a new challenge
