We now have an exciting opportunity to join one of the South West's leading employers as a Research & Performance Analyst for our team based in Exeter.
[b]The Role[/b]
As a Research & Performance Analyst, you will work across a range of projects in various stages of readiness.
You will participate in the analysis, execution and management of business development and other analytic research and development projects.
As part of this role you will take an idea from inception through initial research, business case development and deliver solutions to our internal performance improvement team. The role will also observe:
*Supporting the innovation process and innovation management platform to facilitate the engagement of the workforce in the generation of ideas and the implementation of innovation *Interpret data and create visual tools to provide intelligence to the business *Engagement with Academic and Industry partners.
[b]Who are we looking for?[/b]
We seek individuals who can understand the big picture and drive a vision through effective communication combined with some level of technical expertise. We also require:
*Experience in carrying out research and analysis *Ability to demonstrate working knowledge of programming languages such as Python, C, C#, SQL *Experience of technical report writing *A high degree of critical and logical thinking, analysis, and reasoning to justify underlying principles, reasons and facts *Relevant experience in reviewing and reporting on large volumes of information *Relevant experience of data collation procedures and information systems *Full Driving licence
