We currently have opportunities for fantastic people to come on board and join our ever-growing teams in a fast track to management role. To be considered for this position you must be hard working and tenacious with the ambition to grow in your role whilst delivering exceptional results to drive our Estate Agency business forward.

What else is in it for you?

On our fast track to management roles we are offering a basic salary of up to GBP16,000 per annum with a realistic OTE of 25k - 30k. For the right candidate we will offer a company car from day one. What experience do I need to have?

• Property experience preferred, however it is not essential
• A strong background in sales and customer service, particularly in retail
• Experience of working in a target driven environment
• You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Computer literate
• A full valid UK Driving Licence is essential

In this business no two days are the same so you must be adaptable, with a pro-active solutions orientated mind-set.
