With average class sizes or mixed ability and brilliant additional classroom support in the form of TA's and LSA's all students regardless of their academics attainment are supported. The KS1 Teacher - Year 1

The ideal Year 1 Teacher will have UK and recent experience teaching within KS1. The co-teacher for the year group is focused and has been within the School for the last 4 years. Planning, preparation and assessments for learning will be divided between yourself and them. Allocated PPA time is covered by competent and qualified HLTAs who the children are familiar with. CPD and progression is something that the SLT are very "hot" on and want to see Teacher develop within their careers whilst at the School.
