Specialist Engineering Services Ltd (SES) are a leading service provider to the Rail Industry with over 20 years rail engineering experience across the UK.
To enrich our current offering we have an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Service Engineer to maintain our fleet of heavy rail plant and attachments.
The Service Engineer will be responsible for the servicing of Plant and Equipment and testing prior to use whilst maintaining thorough records of all data in line with legislation and SES's policies and procedures.
The Service Engineer will carry out all planned maintenance either within the Doncaster based workshop or clients site.
With regards any unplanned maintenance or breakdowns the Engineer will be available to diagnose the issue and put in place corrective and penetrative action to avoid future breakdowns and down time.
This role is safety critical and therefor you will be required to adhere to SES and the client's health and safety procedures at all times.
The role is Doncaster based with some National travel required. The Doncaster based Service Engineer is a new role to company and will support the Scotland based Engineer in covering the breadth of the country reducing down time and exceeding our clients expectations.
The ideal candidate will have valid PTS and RPA certificates and a full driving licence.
