The Role

Examples of what you will be doing:

A talented and experienced Marketing Executive is required to work in collaboration with the wider Marketing Team, reporting into the Head of Direct Marketing to design and deliver a direct marketing plan that incorporates the central strategy while complementing local needs. You will own end-to-end campaign delivery, producing best-in-class campaigns that effectively communicate key messages.

Creating campaigns to generate leads across multiple brands, youll help raise the profile of the business through targeted customer marketing campaigns and strategies.

Examples of how you will do your job:

Collaborating with the wider Marketing teams, you will design and deliver strong, compliant campaigns aligned to customer life cycle stages and wider marketing initiatives through direct marketing channels, including email and direct mail

Brief creative and coordinate other support functions to execute well organised campaigns

Design and execute test & learn programmes to build insight across the direct channels, with a feedback loop into the strategy for congoing optimisation.

Analyse marketing reports against targets and KPIs to identify opportunities

Manage local spend plans and P&L budgets

Develop relationships with key stakeholders

Contribute to the wider marketing team and group marketing strategy

Profile & Skills

Proven experience in planning and managing direct marketing campaigns (specifically large scale highly targeted direct mail & email)

Copywriting and ability to critique creative

Using data driven approach to marketing planning, execution and optimization with a strong understanding of data, and good data practices

Basic HTML knowledge advantageous

Commercial mind-set with a focus on maximising ROI

Understanding of large multi-site, multi-brand organisations

Open and collaborative communication style at all levels

Confident to challenge and make recommendations

Proactive and driven under own initiative
