The Role
The Sales Administrator will be based in a busy, fast paced environment. They will require strong administrative and time management skills. On a daily basis they will be working with enquiries, such as quotations, sample requests and technical proposals. This will require a strength in both concentration and accuracy.

They will also work with the key account management team to assist in diary management for the field sales team as well as calling prospective clients to book relevant appointments. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate with other departments as well as excellent organisational skills. The candidate will require strong computer literacy, especially in Microsoft excel. A positive, hardworking and motivated attitude are essential to succeed in the role.

Main Responsibilities, tasks & duties:
- Work closely with key account managers to complete quotations using internal quoting software and Excel.
- Work with the sales team to complete customer proposals accurately and in a timely manner
- To manage overall customer pricing with the internal pricing system
- Support key account managers and Reps by using CRM system to plan visits for Sales Reps.
- Allocate call details in the CRM and Appointment and route planning for field sales days
- Set pricing for customers using Tiered Pricing.
- Work with the Purchasing Department to look at sourcing products following customer enquiries.
- Respond and finalise customer enquiries that come through via telephone, email and CRM allocations.
