Job Title: Recruitment Manager
Location: Eastleigh
Salary: GBP25,000pa plus up to 50% commission
Hours of work: 7.30am-5.30pm
Role Purpose
Forming part of a new internal recruitment process for Mackoy Limited
Responsibilities
* Managing Adverts on all Social Media Platforms and updating Website
* Meeting & Interviewing new Candidates to join our team
* Inducting New Candidates at Office HQ before they start work
* Making sure new Starter Packs and PPE are allocated to individuals
* Managing the whole process from finding the right people in the right area.
* Helping to updating details from new Operatives onto database and working with our H&S department on training.
* Follow up meetings with new personnel out on site for feedback
Essential
* Driving License
* A bubbly outgoing personality is Essential
