Trainer - Capacity Building

An excellent fixed term opportunity has become available for a qualified and experienced trainer to join a recognised charity provider in Birmingham.

The purpose of this role is contribute to the delivery of a pre-designed training package to a minimum of 200 employees across Birmingham and Solihull. You will support employers in Birmingham and Solihull to understand how they can employ and support a different cohort of young people who are further away from the labour market than their counterparts. This cohort may be longer term unemployed and have identified special needs that may be longer term, through schools and colleges.

This is the perfect opportunity for a qualified trainer who can demonstrate a proven background delivering training to a large caseload and remains focused, positive and committed to successful outcomes. A formal training qualification (PTTLs, DTTLs, CTTLs or equivalent) is preferred.

In return for your extensive training skills and experience, you will receive a generous salary of £25000 (pro rata) and other exciting benefits.
