White Collar Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a new White Collar Recruitment Specialist, who will only deal with current and new Temporary bookings and look after all Temporary workers,

As a White Collar Specialist you will have a specific white collar sector to focus on in the Peterborough and surrounding area.

You do not need to have any previous experience within recruitment; we ideally would like a thriving ambitious individual. This is a target driven position and you will have strict targets to reach each month.

Previous sales experience is preferable and a full UK driving licence is essential.

Key duties;
- Sales
- Client and Candidate care
- Handling payroll / Time-sheets
- Dealing with complaints
- Client visits
- Registrations
- Sickness and Holiday enquiries
- New client conversion and maintaining clients
- Business development

You have to have excellent time keeping and diary management skills for such a varied position like this one.
