Business Development Manager - West Wales
Swansea Building Society is looking to appoint a new full time Business Development Manager, covering Ceredigion & Pembrokeshire and reporting to the Carmarthen Branch Manager.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual to help us expand our mortgage book.
Responsibilities:-
- Promote the Society's products and services
- Create plans to increase mortgage business achieving realistic targets
- Build long-term relationships with key professionals
- Deliver a market leading level of customer service
Requirements:-
- Proven successful track record as a mortgage adviser or commercial manager within a Banking/Building Society environment
- The position will require the CeMAP mortgage qualification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work well within a team
- Ability to analyse and evaluate mortgage applications
- Time management and planning skills
- Welsh speaking would be an advantage
