Sewell Wallis are working in an exclusive partnership with a medium sized business based on the outskirts of Leeds. This is a business that offer a first class service to their industry and are proud of their exceptional reputation across the UK.

Due to recent expansion across the country, they now require a Senior Recruitment Specialist to join their HR function to help roll out a new recruitment strategy as soon as possible to keep up with the high demand that their services are in.

Reporting to the HR Manager your responsibilities will include the following:-

-Develop and implement a new recruitment plan in order to attract the best candidates in the market
-Network with key and influential individuals across the country that operate within the same sector
-Organise recruitment days to engage with potential candidates, supporting them through the initial recruitment process to the end goal of an interview with the hiring manager
-Feedback constructively to unsuccessful candidates to ensure the company's reputation remains a positive one
-Support hiring managers to write exciting and appealing job descriptions for their vacancies
-Coach the managers through interview training exercises to ensure that the company are successful when offering the position to their chosen candidates
-Writing offer letters, overseeing reference and negotiating contracts
-Ensure that all pre-screening exercises are efficient and effective in order to establish that only the right candidates are put forward to interview
-Manage one member of staff offering regular development reviews to support them through their role and progress them accordingly, delegating where necessary
-Keep up to date with all the relevant legislations
-Work with the senior management team in order to ensure the business is constantly offering attractive benefits and rewards schemes compared to competitors

The ideal candidate will have a strong background within recruitment, whether that's someone looking for a change from agency or someone who has always been in internal recruitment. You will be a confident communicator who is not afraid to network and really get under the skin of the business. You will be business partnering with senior members of the business so you must be confident in challenging when required and asserting new and innovative ideas on a regular basis.

You must be self-motivated and highly organised and be able to multi task on a daily basis.
