Team Leader

SARI is a well-respected charity with a high profile, tackling hate crime and promoting equality and community cohesion.  SARI is looking for committed, passionate and highly skilled individuals to join our dynamic team.

Contract: Fixed Term Contract

Hours: 39 Hours per week (some evening & weekend work required)

Location: Based in Bristol but role covers Avon & Somerset area

Driver: Full driving licence required

Team Leader

Salary: £25,250 gross per annum

It is crucial that this role works closely together and with our co-Directors to achieve the overall aims of the business.

We are looking for people with great interpersonal skills combined with excellent leadership and management ability. You must be able to challenge with diplomacy and be willing to embrace SARI’s mission and ethos.

Each team leader will be responsible for supervising a project worker team, dealing with complex cases and ensuring we meet key objectives and targets. 

Individuals will support with coaching, inspiring and motivating their team to achieve a high quality, outcomes focused and service user-centred service.

We have a considerable amount of development work in the pipeline and are looking for individuals who can deliver successful outcomes in a challenging environment.
