Health Team Manager

Hours: 37 hours per week 52 weeks per year.
6 Weeks annual leave plus bank holidays.

Salary: £31,383.00 per annum

Location: Exeter

This is an exciting opportunity to come and lead our health team!

As a health team manager you will provide leadership, management, development and support for the WESC Foundation Health Team. You will perform the role of Nurse Practitioner providing clinical and management supervision of the WESC Foundation Health Team. You will undertake training of the health team and other staff.

You will work directly to the Director of Care and Support Services and ensure compliance at all times with the Health and Social Care Act 2008, Ofsted National Minimum Standards for Residential Special Schools, and all relevant DoE guidance and the NMC Code of Practice.
