Castle Business Support are recruiting for a Completions Manager to join a fast-growing property specialist. Working for a market leader in property this is an exciting time to join an expanding business.

Are you task driven, a people person with excellent communication skills?

Can you work at pace, meet targets, have a can-do attitude whilst giving a great service?

Duties:

* Setting up newly agreed purchases with a solicitor and mortgage broker
* Chasing those solicitors and mortgage brokers from that point until the property purchase is complete
* Liaising with the client purchasing the property to ensure they feel in control, understanding the process and to be efficient in completing works needed
* Chasing vendors, property sourcers and estate agents who provided the property deals to ensure they complete their paperwork and support getting the sale across the line
* Keeping outstanding notes so it is quick and easy to see where cases are up to and what work is left to complete
* Managing the clients journey so they are a raving fan of your support and help

Requirements:

* You MUST love talking to people and committed to giving a great service
* You MUST be enthusiastic, hardworking with a zest for learning and progression
* IDEALLY you will come from a background in the property sector
* You MUST have experience of high volume tasks and thrive off getting the tasks done ready for the next day of tasks and issues, a can-do attitude is essential
* You MUST have a customer service experience with excellent communication skills

The Benefits:

* Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm with no weekend work!
* up to GBP20,000pa dependent on experience with real potential to progress within the company
