We are currently recruiting for our client who is the largest British owned manufacturing company in the UK.
The successful applicant must be highly motivated and able to work as part of a team. They will be responsible for production of various metals, plastic and glass units from cutting through to finishing.
Duties include:
•Responsible for the daily volume and quality of work allocated by a supervisor.
•Monitoring and maintaining production process to ensure finished product meets all relevant specifications.
•Ensure all production activities are monitored to minimising downtime and scrap.
•Communicate any performance inefficiencies to supervisor.
•Ensure all production administration is complete
•Other duties as directed by supervisor/manager.
Previous experience would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given.
Hours of work are a rotating pattern of:
6am - 2pm at a rate of GBP7.83 per hour with a GBP5.00 per day shift allowance
2pm-10pm - GBP7.83 per hour with a GBP10.00 per day daily shift allowance
10pm to 6am - GBP7.83 per hour with a GBP15 per day daily shift allowance
Skills Required
