Role: Relationship Manager (retail Energy)

Location: Surrey

Salary: GBP25,000 - GBP35,000 DOE

Do you have experience in Account Management? Have you worked for either an energy broker or energy supplier? A leading energy broker is looking for a Relationship Manager to be responsible for managing a portfolio of new and existing clients, build strong relationships, ensure a high client retention rate and agree contract renewals. Excellent communication skills are a must for this Relationship Manager and a knowledge of the energy industry would be preferable. Key responsibilities:

• Maintaining excellent client relationships
• Creation of energy tenders and management of the overall process
• Regular client meetings
• Client contract renewals
• Selling of additional services
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure delivery of key services
• Keep up to date with energy industry legislation and market data
• Attend client meetings

Skills and experience required:

• Experienced in multi-site account management
• Experienced in selling solutions to existing clients
• Energy Market experience
• Board Level Negotiations experience
• Project management skills to effectively direct, support and delegate
• Strong commercial acumen; results driven
• Excellent interpersonal, communication & stakeholder management skills
• High levels of self-motivation with the initiative to learn and drive personal development
• Full UK driving licence would be preferable.
