This company offers the widest choice of conservatory roof insulation services to their customers. Due to rapid expansion they are looking for enthusiastic, organised individual to join their expanding team.
They are looking for a friendly, ambitious person with good telephone manner who will be required to manage installations of their conservatory roofs. As the installation manager you will be dealing with customers on a daily basis building a rapport with the customers until the installation is completed. The manager will need to ensure that the clients are happy and up to date on the progress of their installation at all times.
Full training will be provided
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Working out and arranging dates for installation
- Confirming the details and dates with customers via email
- Going out for a surveys (rarely)
- Stock control as well as ordering materials from suppliers
- Working out the materials and booking building control inspections (prepare the jobs)
- Manage and deal with team of installers, electricians and plasterers
- Distributing the materials and details of the jobs to the installers/plasterers early morning or late afternoons 2-3 times a week (flexible hours)
- Keeping the customers updated on every stage
- Customer service - managing customers queries and questions, as well as problem solving and ensuring the customers are happy with the outcome.
- Encourage them to leave us a positive testimonial.
Requirements:
- Driving licence
- Customer service skills
- Flexible hours, prepared to work under pressure
- Ambitious & Hardworking
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Organisation skills
