Learning and Development Manager

How will you add value on a day-to-day basis?
You will be working on development and management of training programmes across various levels in the organisation with a large focus on our early career development programmes (including the Worldpay Graduate Scheme). You will be overseeing multiple projects with the team and be looking as to where to add value and improve based on the feedback
What will make you the ideal candidate?
You will have a wide variety of experience across developing many types of L&D programmes and will be looking for a position where your work will be instrumental to the development of the company as a whole. Ideally you will also have line management experience as you will be leading a small and efficient team.
