Production Operatives

The Role:

Reporting to the relevant Team leader the successful candidate will be based at one of our three Stoke-on-Trent sites: Biddulph Moor, Newcastle-under-Lyme or Fenton.

The key responsibilities of new Production Operatives will include:

• Producing high volumes of compression moulded components within a high output, fast paced environment

• Operating within strict health and safety and quality requirements

• Working towards team based productivity targets

• Operating hydraulic power presses as well as general assembly work, finishing and fibreglass lamination.

The Applicant:

• Experience of general operations in a manufacturing, or construction environment will be a distinct advantage. Candidates should possess the following skills and competencies

• Ability to work shifts and travel to other sites if required

• Be action oriented and drive results

• Have a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines

• Be able to plan and align work

• Demonstrate self-awareness

• Be resourceful

• Work well within a team

• Be health and safety and quality focused
