Ten Live Rail are delighted to supporting a highly thought of maintenance and refurbishment rolling stock client based in Derbyshire.
Due to expanding workloads they have engaged with us to assist in appointing a team of technicians to work an on-going contract.
Given the age of the units on this project, this might suit those with an interest in heritage work on the railways. If you've worked 37s,47s,57s or 66's you'd be ideal for this role. If you've worked units older than those, we're even more interested in speaking with you.
This involves refurbishment of both the English Electric diesel units, some bogie and sub frame work and an base knowledge of braking and show systems would be ideal too.
To be considered for this roles you must have had at least some experience working within the Rolling Stock industry as technician. At interview, our client will talk your through schematics of the older fleets and some base knowledge will be essential.
