The role reports to the Digital Director and will act as the creative lead on marketing projects.

The role covers branding and design of career focused microsites for our clients – including some of the UKs largest companies – as well as work on our own brand and marketing collateral to support the company. The role will act as a mentor to the existing design staff within the Marketing team, input on processes with an eye to efficiency, and interact with clients to complete a creative brief and ensure a shared understanding.

We’re looking for a highly creative and driven individual who has previous experience of a similar role. With a pro-active approach to your work, you will work well on your own initiative and be competent in the use of all major design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite. Confident with the ability to work on multiple projects at one time, you will need to able to be flexible in your design style and be able to work to brand guidelines.  You will be able to demonstrate great project management skills and be able to keep up to date with trends in the design industry.

The successful candidate will have a strong portfolio of work and be able to work to tight deadlines. They will also have strong layout skills and be able to manage a brand process from initial creative brief through to the final presentation. The ability to code HTML and translate designs into functioning websites is highly desirable.
