We currently have an opportunity for a Repairs Team Manager to join our dedicated team in Case House and we welcome an application from you if;
You are educated to A level standard, NVQ 4 or suitable experience to meet the requirements of the role.
You have detailed knowledge of maintenance service delivery in relation to residential and commercial property
You have previous experience of contract administration, contractor management and budget management
This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to manage the Repairs Service in London and the South East. You will provide an array of services including responding to repairs complaints; repairs support to internal and external customers; void property administration and administrative support to surveying teams. You will also support contract administration, manage contractors and administrate on post inspection processes and budget management.
