Workplatform Ltd are looking for 2 part time, or 1 full time experienced receptionist/administrator to join our team based in Castle Donington, Derbyshire. The successful applicant will:-
- Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Receptionist/Admin role.
- Be well presented, confident and happy dealing with customers and suppliers.
- Have a great telephone manner.
- Be proficient with Windows based applications especially Word and Excel.
- Be willing to learn how to use our bespoke system.
- Be happy working as part of a team and by yourself.
- Be detailed and methodical in carrying out tasks.
- Be able to use their own initiative and manage time efficiently and effectively.
- Have the flexibility to cover colleagues’ illness and holidays.
Hours of work can be flexible, particularly for part time positions. Office hours are 8.30am to 5.30pm.
Salary dependant on experience.
20 days holiday, plus bank holidays – increasing to 25 days, plus bank holidays after 1 year. Pro Rata for part time positions.
