Job Title: IFRS 9 Business Analyst (AVP)

About RFT

Risk, Finance and Treasury ("RFT") is a global team of around 4000 spanning 12 countries. The goal is to deliver a simplified and standardised architecture across these functions, utilising existing 'best in class' technology components to support the delivery of a robust end-to-end control environment, reduce operating costs and support capital efficiency to meet known regulatory requirements and prepare for future change.

• Working with the business to determine and document clear and concise business/functional requirements through meetings/workshops for Credit Risk modelling methodologies.
• Liaise with the Design authority and IT teams within RFT to ensure that all new components fit within guiding principles.
• Follow good processes and practices, as defined by the team standards; ensuring that documentation is complete, comprehensive and signed off.

• Experience in working in a Credit Risk domain.
• IRFS 9
• Experience of leading requirement gathering, analysis, engagement with development team and testing, from inception to production.
• Providing support and resolving issues for systems in production.
• Experience of working with SQL Queries and data models.
• Bachelor's degree from a top university.

• Professional qualifications (eg CFA, FRM)
• Experience in delivering projects using an Agile methodology.
• Experience of leading junior team members.
