Salary: £12,344 - £16,556 (pro rata of £24,689 – £33,113)

Contract Type: Fractional, 18.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year, fixed term MATERNITY COVER from 07/01/2019 until 12/07/2019 [0.5 FTE]

We are recruiting for a Lecturer in Health and Care to join the team here at the College. As a professional lecturer you will be required to undertake formal scheduled teaching duties as follows: teaching, tutorials, and student assessment, within a range of curriculum areas to include but not restricted to study programmes, adult education, work-based learning, and 14-16 provision.

The successful candidate will have a relevant vocational qualification within the wider fields of health, science or care. You will have experience in the industry as well as in teaching 14-19 year olds, including course management and registration with appropriate professional bodies and awarding organisations. If not already held, you must attain a teaching qualification within the College’s specified timescale.
