Estate Agent Sales Progressor / Contract Chaser

Estate Agency Sales Progressor - Nuneaton- up to GBP20k basic plus commission GBP25k package

Are you an experienced Sales Progressor within Estate Agency or do you have a legal background in Conveyancing? This is a superb opportunity to join a very successful and busy Estate Agency brand based in their Nuneaton office.

You will work closely with the Sales office Negotiators and the management team to ensure they are kept up to date with the progression of sales and make sure the process continues to run smoothly through to completion. You will be required to liaise with Purchasers, Vendors, Solicitors, Surveyors as well as other Estate Agents involved in the chain and make sure the conveyance process is carried out smoothly and professionally. You will also be required to assist the sales department booking viewings and valuations, taking offers and dealing with enquiries.

Essential Skills required for being a successful Sales Progressor:

• You MUST have experience in Sales Progression in Estate Agency
• Excellent communication skills
• Accurate, numerate and computer literate
• A team player with excellent organisational skills

Hours of Work: You will be required to work Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5.30 and alternate Saturdays with a day off in lieu in the week.
