BUILDING SAFETY MANAGER
Salary | £35,000.00
Location | South Wimbledon with regular travel to other locations within London
Hours | 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Contract | Permanent

About the Role
You will be responsible for leading and developing the Facilities services team to ensure that we meet or exceed quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will provide guidance and information regarding Health and Safety and Fire Safety to all our service delivery teams. You will oversee that day to day management of many of our contracts to ensure that external services are delivered in accordance with the contact and that any difficulties are addressed in a timely and positive manner.
You will have experience of successfully leading and managing a facilities service. You will have good technical knowledge of key agencies, legislation and practices within a wider facilities management remit. You will have a participative approach and a commitment to involving customers in service delivery. You will be a communicator who can negotiate and influence when needed.
