Our client operates in the field of commercial building maintenance. This role will often involve going to several sites each day which will therefore involve a reasonable amount of travel in between. You will ideally live within 10-20 miles of Walton on Thames. They are looking for an additional member of staff who specialises in carpentry based maintenance and repairs (some knowledge of basic plumbing and electrical work
Would be very advantageous) but flexibility is a key requirement.
Due to the nature of the works carried out and the type of properties worked on they do require someone who possesses excellent customer/interpersonal skills. There is a need to clearly communicate with the office to update on the situation where required. Experience of good practice in Health and Safety is a firm requirement, training will be provided. All of the company's work lists and worksheets are done electronically (on iPads) and a reasonable degree of computer literacy will be needed
40 hour working week Monday - Friday plus some overtime by arrangement
Salary - GBP(Apply online only)Per day depending on experience + travel costs
