SALES TEAM LEADER
Salary: Up to £45,000 / year dependant on experience + benefits and bonuses.

This company is the leading manufacturer of a wide range of mounting solutions for mobile electronic devices and a new patented protective skin for mobile phones and tablets which has exceptional sales potential.
Due to on-going development and expansion, they are looking for a highly motivated sales professional with the skills, attitude and willpower to further fuel company growth.
ABOUT YOURSELF:
- You will have a proven track record of sales success in an outbound sales capacity
- You will be self confident, resilient, persistent and tenacious
- You will have first rate communication skills, be commercially aware and results orientated
Your Experience Will Include:
- Coaching and Leadership
- Time management
- Management of individuals and teams
THE ROLE:
You will be the driving force for sales and marketing, leading the way by example to maximise profits using a combination of up selling, account management and new customer acquisitions. You would manage your own role and become responsible for optimising team performance. You will have the ability to build an array of contacts, develop new sales and fit in with an established team.
Hours of work 9am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday
IN RETURN:
Full product training will be provided
A competitive basic salary plus benefits and excellent commission / bonus potential
