Joinery and Building Operative

- Salary - £23,000 to £25,000
- All equipment including the van, van stock and a uniform
- Working closely with the Operations Manager and Administrative Team
- 20 days holiday per year

General maintenance and building works, mainly residential and new build construction sites. A clean drivng licence is essential as the ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the works van. Working closely with the existing team supporting their requirements

Education, Skills and Qualifications
- CSCS card
- Clean Driving License
- Joinery
- General building works include patching/brickwork and some boxing following heating installs
- Plastering
- Gutters, Soil pipes etc

Experience:
- building maintenance: 3 years (Required)

Qualifications required

- One main trade qualification ( NVQ or City & Guilds) or 3 years experience
- Current Health and safety certificates ( including asbestos awareness, working at heights, manual handling and risk assessment
- Recent experience and a passion for delivering high quality services.
- Proven ability to work in a safe manner in accordance with company policies and safety legislation
- In addition candidates must undertake any training as required.
