We are looking for an experienced project manager to set up and embed our new Universal Support service.  Experience of establishing new services, recruiting staff and handling stakeholder communications, together with the ability to work under pressure, deliver projects on time and in budget are essential personal requirements for this role.

You will be responsible for the set up and initial delivery of the service, responding to emerging issues and risks, and will be a spokesperson for the project.

You will have the confidence and ability to inspire trust and support for the project, and an ability to win over hearts and minds and to motivate people.  You will understand the importance of customer-focussed collaboration, and will be skilled in leadership and partnership working with a range of organisations and stakeholders from both the public and voluntary sectors.
