PA To CEO & Director Of Operations12 Mth FTC

This is a 12 month maternity FTC

Are you a traditional Senior PA with solid corporate experience? Our City based Insurance client is looking for someone like you to support the CEO and 2 other directors.

You will be acting as gatekeeper, a traditional right hand role, providing a complete PA service to include maintaining complex diary management, and liaising at senior level across the business, managing emails, producing papers, correspondence and presentations, organising travel, currency, arranging hospitality and managing expenses, all often with minimal direction.
You will need strong Microsoft capability (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), excellent communication and organisational skills with first class written and communication skills, strong attention to detail and excellent typing skills.
