Lead Generator / Sales Agents

As a First Response Unit Lead Generator, you are the initial point of contact for prospective customers, treating clients fairly is at the heart of all of the decisions you make. With their best interests in mind, your role is to pre-qualify prospective customers as efficiently and seamlessly as possible in order to generate new business for the practice.

If you have:
˗ Outstanding interpersonal skills;
˗ The skill to fact find and investigate using excellent questioning and listening skills;
˗ The ability to build an excellent rapport;
˗ Exceptional customer focus and drive to ensure client expectations are met.

Feel able to assess a customer's situation and evaluate their potential for making a claim and can work shifts between the hours of 9am and 7pm Mon to Thursday and 9am until 3 Friday, then you would excel in this role and they would want to speak to you.

In return for the above they offer a competitive salary from £16,000 + uncapped bonus (after training is completed) + overtime, up to 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, birthday holiday, holiday purchase scheme, childcare vouchers, free car parking and refreshments, paid charity days, dress down Fridays and social events.

Quality performance is important to them, the better you perform the higher your earning potential is.

They are also looking for Sales Agents that will take the call from the lead generator, you must have previous sales experience for this role.
