Job Description Summary
- Creating and managing product listings
- Editing and uploading on marketplaces
- Taking professional pictures of products
- Undertake new stock entry and maintain accurate stock levels
- Responsible for customer service queries via e-mail or phone regarding products and orders
- Manage shipping list, del notes and label for the warehouse
- Be able to work alongside other members and multi-task with their work when needed.
