LOCATION: Manchester (Extra Care Supported Living Service)

FULL & PART TIME

£8.00 p/h

Select Support Partnerships are a fast growing independent provider of bespoke healthcare support to vulnerable adults living independently within the community. Joining us, your role will be to support Adults in our Manchester services. Our service users are either living together in our purpose built facility in Newton Heath or with others who have similar needs or in their own home. The care provided means that you are assigned to particular service users which gives you the opportunity to build a genuine rapport as you get to know and understand their specific needs

We will have staff (HR and Operations) available to speak to candidates, advise on the roles, assist with application forms and interview candidates that meet the minimum requirements.

Roles available are 21 hours per week up to 42 hours per week worked over a 7 day rota so flexibility will be required. Rotas are a mix of days and nights with 4 on and 3 off then 3 on and 4 off. Owing to the nature of the support required ALL bank holidays are viewed to be normal working days

Select Support Partnerships Offer:

We are seeking enthusiastic and flexible You MUST have at least ONE YEAR’S EXPERIENCE OF COMMUNITY SUPPORT WORK in a professional capacity and/or NVQ level 1 or above in Health and Social Care preferred but not essential

• £8.00 per hour working within our supported living facility at Newton Heath Manchester
• £7.83 per hour (inc waking nights)and £40 per sleep plus top-up (as per council rates)
• Extensive Training – mandatory and support specialism
• Established and Experienced Senior Management Team
• No uniform required role
• Additional hours available
• Being a car driver is desirable but not essential
• Personal satisfaction from helping your service users live independently
• Planned Rosters predominantly based in one place providing consistency of care
